The role of the Dutch government is to stimulate and facilitate the program by making available risk mitigation instruments and partial financial support that allow the program in its inception phase to achieve its goals for the Dutch greenhouse sector as well as to further relations with the Russian greenhouse sector. In addition, the Dutch government supports through its wide network of business support offices and government posts the overall program and its activities. Progress and results will be monitored and evaluated, all to ensure that the aimed objectives are effectively translated in tangible results.
