The Royal Netherlands Embassy in Moscow represents, promotes and protects the interests of the Netherlands and its citizens in most parts of the Russian Federation. The Office of the Agricultural Counsellor of the Royal Netherlands Embassy represents the Netherlands Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality. The Office functions as a liaison between the Dutch agriculture, food and agribusiness, fisheries and organisations in the field of nature management and nature conservation and the counterparts in Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Belarus. Besides, it stimulates co-operation (in the field) of agricultural, educational and research institutions between the Netherlands and counterparts and it promotes exchange programs of young farmers, students and managers.
