Grow2getherTM supports Dutch Enterprises active in the greenhouse sector, to enter and/or operate on the Russian market in a more effective manner. In doing so, grow2getherTM shall profile itself for and on behalf of its members actively and in a structural and sustainable manner.
The grow2getherTM cluster member companies and institutions are to operate according to the unwritten rules and regulations of integrity and business ethics. Grow2getherTM expects of its members that they communicate at all times in a prudent, timely and transparent manner to their Russian prospects, clientele and partners. Goods and services are to be delivered at internationally acceptable terms, conditions and remuneration. Moreover, grow2getherTM expects of its Dutch members, to operate in compliance with EVD acknowledged PPP (people, profit, planet) norms, which business concept aims at the following:
- Delivery of qualitative good products and services to the client/consumer;
- The creation of a safe working environment; payment of fixed pre-defined salaries;
- Investments in the development of human assets;
- Comply with fiscal, labour and environmental legislation;
- Building of trustworthy and sincere relationships with all relevant stakeholders;
- Development of value added business activities, whilst increasing value of shares;
- Take into consideration public expectations;
- Nourishing generally acceptable ethical values in the business processes; and
- Commitment towards local and community development within the proximity of its operations.
In the case grow2getherTM observes clear and obvious irregularities with its members, the board of grow2getherTM reserves the right to expel or suspend such member's membership to the cluster for a defined or undefined period of time. Incidents of non-compliance are at all times assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Ultimately, it does not need mentioning that grow2getherTM board members, advisors, agents and any other officers attached to, or acting under grow2getherTM, shall operate at all times in compliance with above stated code of conduct. Furthermore, grow2getherTM and its board members, advisors, officers and agents shall treat all private, confidential or otherwise sensitive information of its stakeholders in a prudent, discrete and professional manner.
