Hanwel Environment and Energy B.V. supplies COdiNOx® exhaust gas cleaning for gas fired CHP plants whereas the cleaned exhaust can be used for CO2 enrichment. The cleaned exhaust emissions are very low and controlled by sophisticated measurement devices like NOx feed forward sensor, C2H4 (Ethene) GC-analyzer, and NO and NO2 guarding. Since the first COdiNOx® has been taken in operation in 1993, over 1300 COdiNOx® systems have been ordered which totals almost 2000 MWe installed power all over the world. As market leader in this field of cleaning equipment for reciprocating engines the technique is under continuously development and BAT is implemented. With Bio-gas from manure digesters fired in gas engines and exhaust gas cleaned with a COdiNOx® it is also possible to use this exhaust for CO2 enrichment in greenhouse in order to reach maximum efficiency on crop production with best quality. Hanwel Environment and Energy B.V. works together with the main CHP suppliers for implementing this energy saving technology in modern greenhouses.
